Hello, I'm Reena. With a background in helping parents navigate the challenges of early parenting, I bring a wealth of expertise to my practice.

As a mother, I intimately understand the challenges of early parenting. I successfully breastfed both my babies while managing a demanding work schedule, commuting for up to two hours daily, and navigating the myriad of problems that can arise with infant feeding, whether breastfeeding or bottle-feeding.

From recurrent mastitis to coping with reflux and colic, I've faced it all – and like many sleep-deprived mothers, I turned to various resources, from Google to consultations with healthcare professionals, seeking solutions to help my babies and myself feed and sleep well.

My personal experiences inspired me to pursue further education specifically for the 0-2 years age in Infant and Neonatal Manual Therapy. Despite feeling confident in my abilities, encountering cases of Posterior Tongue Tie revealed the necessity for deeper knowledge and understanding.

Over the years, I've devoted myself to continuous learning, obtaining qualification as a Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). This journey culminated in the creation of "TONGUE TIES: A PARENT'S GUIDE," an online course aimed at educating parents and professionals to understand and address oral ties in infants and children.

Through this comprehensive course, participants gain insight into the assessment and treatment of oral ties, drawing from my over a decade of experience at Completely Aligned. By the end of the course, participants emerge equipped with the knowledge and confidence to navigate this critical aspect of infant and child health.

I'm dedicated to empowering parents and professionals alike, providing clarity and support in the realm of paediatric osteopathy and lactation consultancy.
