This is my Story

Being a mother myself, I truly grasp the joys and challenges that define those vital years.

Balancing a demanding job, I managed to navigate the waters of "mostly" breastfeeding my babies while handling daily commutes. These experiences immersed me in the intricate world of infant feeding, whether it was through breastfeeding or using bottles.

My narrative echoes the stories of many of you – I stood firm in the face of trials, including mastitis, white spot, thrush, reflux, and colic. And just like countless other sleep-deprived moms, I delved into the web seeking solutions to our array of difficulties.

In my pursuit of answers, I consulted Child Health Nurses, Lactation Consultants, GPs, and a range of Specialists, all in my quest for insights into both breastfeeding and early parenting.

A Craving for Knowledge 

Often, the lack of answers propelled me toward advanced training in Infants and Neonatal Manual Therapy. This empowered me to better serve newborns and toddlers.

I believed I had the arsenal needed to guide new parents. Yet, life had more in store. Introduced by a patient to babies with Posterior Tongue Ties, I felt a profound obligation to fathom their unique challenges. This ignited an enduring commitment to continuous growth.

Evolving Through Education 

Years of diligent study and training led me to become a Lactation Consultant (IBCLC).

Today, I'm a blend of roles – a mother and a devoted health practitioner. My mission: to steer, educate, and empower fellow parents throughout this incredible journey.

I'm thrilled to share that our team has expanded to encompass a group of remarkable Lactation Consultants. Together, we are resolute in our dedication to reaching and aiding even more families on this exquisite voyage.
